Writer & Director                                 William Lambert

William is a writer, director and film-maker, and a proud Yorkshireman. By day he is the Head of Video for Crafty Counsel. He was a quarter-finalist in the Big Break competition for his script 'Clava Cadaver' and his short film 'Revenge a Paris' was featured at SeriesFest 2020, Sunday Shorts and the London-Worldwide Comedy Short Film Festival. He trained as an actor at Mountview. 'There's No Mystery in Murder!' is his first musical, and was born out of a love for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and sleepy Yorkshire villages.

Alexis is a management consultant by training, and spent almost 20 years in the City working for one of the world's largest professional services firms. She now works for an EdTech startup, trying to change the world. Musical Theatre has been a huge part of her life. She is the President of Centre Stage London, one of Central London's premier amateur theatre groups, and has appeared in over 20 musicals as well as numerous cabarets, and the London 2012 Olympics Opening Ceremony. She loves a spreadsheet, and has produced shows including 'Fame'. This is her first time producing for Fringe.

Composer & Lyricist                                     Danny Horn

Danny Horn is an actor and musician, born in London and raised in Ilkley, West Yorkshire. He trained at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and has worked frequently on stage and screen since graduating in 2010. He won acclaim for his portrayal of 'Ray Davies' in hit west end musical, Sunny Afternoon, charting the early years of 60's rock and roll group, The Kinks and continues to write and record original material when not acting. His band, Danny Horn & The Shared Myths are a contemporary folk outfit fusing old musical forms with fresh and unusual lyrics, musing on things such as millennial existentialism, the french revolution, the complexities of love and untrustworthy Shamans. www.dannyhorn.co.uk

Orchestrations & Musical Direction         Max Runham

​

Max Runham is a singer-songwriter and guitarist with one arm, from Kent. He has 15 years experience writing songs and has studied under grammy-award nominated songwriters. He is a multi-instrumentalist and producer specialising in writing, composing and recording. Max started his professional life as an actor and trained at Rose Bruford College. Over the past couple of years he has composed and recorded music for French documentary 'Montage Island' and Swedish dance show 'ÖGONBLICK'. He also has two self-produced albums, both of which have had tracks played on BBC radio.
